Our breakfast blend is a blend of Central American coffees roasted just a bit lighter than the standard "full city" degree of roast. The cup shows smooth chocolaty aromas and balanced medium-to-light body with a subtle, light finish. This is one of our best selling coffees, brewing a great cup of coffee (and not just for breakfast time). It doubles as a very nice espresso blend as well!
Our Guatemala Huehuetenango (pronounced "way-way-ten-ango") is a balanced and smooth coffee. It has a light to medium body, fairly bright acidity, and nutty, pecanish flavorings. You might find a hint of peppery spice and orange peel fruitiness in the aftertaste.
Our coffee from Chiapas, Mexico is Black River Roasters best-selling organic coffee! It's well-rounded and medium-bodied, with an earthy character. A moderate acidity and nutty, baker's chocolate finish makes for a great cup!
